Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. You will get access to a zip folder on your payment confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Click the download link to automatically download the zip folder to your computer. Once you unzip the folder, you'll see your Instruction Guide as a PDF and your Planner as an Excel Sheet.

Your Planner comes with a Measurement Guide that helps you calculate the details of your project specifically for your unique space (i.e. quantity of wood slats required). Yes! Your Planner comes with a Schedule that shows you exactly how much time each step should take to complete. Use this to plan out your working days as you see fit.

It depends. If you are a DIY beginner, we recommend following the suggested number of people for each project. If you've done a few projects before, you are welcome to try projects on your own. It may just take you longer than the suggested duration.

If one of the product links sends you to a product that is unavailable, try searching for the item at another nearby store. Popular hardware stores in Canada are Home Depot, Rona, Lowes, Home Hardware, and Canadian Tire. In the United States, popular hardware stores are Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and Lowes. Products can be found at most local hardware stores.

Yes! (Mostly) The Shopping List is based on our own personal experience and research, and we choose items based on ease of use, quality, and price. Most of the time, they can be replaced with another, similar item and it won't impact your project. However, be careful with colours and sizes. For example, make sure nails are the right length and thickness for your wood slats.

Your device will automatically open the PDF in Safari or your default browser, but we recommend you download the Adobe Acrobat app so you can save the file onto your device. Alternative apps you can use: iBooks, Google PDF Viewer, or Microsoft Office Lens.

Android:
Your device will automatically open the PDF in Chrome or your default browser, but we recommend you download the Adobe Acrobat app so you can save the file onto your deivce. Alternative apps you can use: Google Drive, Google PDF Viewer, or Microsoft Office Lens.

Your computer will automatically open the PDF in your default browser, but we recommend downloading and opening through Preview. An alternative app you can use is Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Windows:
Your computer will automatically open the PDF in your default browser, but we recommend downloading and opening through Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

To access a Google Sheet version of the Planner, open the "START HERE" document in your folder. Once you click the Google Sheet link, make a COPY of the sheet into your own Google Drive by going to File -> Make a copy.
